Seven Spur in SeaPoint - Steak gone bad - Terrible Experience

Good day, we were at Seven Spur in Sea Point on Sunday 30th of March 2025 for Lunch. My Brother and I shared a Burger and Chicken wings as well as my 2-Year-old Daughter and My Mom and husband both had a Steak. Upon leaving my mom got really Sick, Runny Tummy, Feeling Nauseous, Faint and really weak to the point where we need to assist her to the car. About 6 Hours Later my husband then got really ill Vomiting, Runny Tummy, Cold and Hot Sweats this cannot be a coincidence that the both of them had steak and that they both got sick. I am 5 Months pregnant, and my daughter is 2 Years Old, my brother also suffers with really bad Allergies so the 3 of us could have been seriously ill and probably landed up in hospital. Clearly the steak was off! This is the third day now and my Husband is still weak and not himself he has a heart condition too and his blood pressure cannot peak, the doctor advised that when you vomit your blood pressure can go up to 200 this is a big problem as this could have been Fatal for him. Clearly someone from the health Department needs to intervene here.
