Setting a bad example as a Mananger

My family and I went to the LoneWolf Spur on Sunday, 5 June 2016 and when it was time to pay the bill, I requested to redeem some of my vouchers. The waiter, Erick, took me to the till so that his Manager could redeem the vouchers and I could sign. The lady that approached us did not look like the Manager. She was wearing bright purple lipstick and was chewing gum with an open mouth. She did not greet me and when I looked for her name I saw that her name tag was inside out on her shirt (magnet facing outward), so I could not even get her name (I later learned that it was Francis after asking a waiter). She processed my vouchers while speaking to the other waiters in her language. She was moaning about how tired she was. The slip printed and she slid it across the counter towards me and said "sign". My waiter could see the horror on my face and quickly explained where I needed to sign and write my contact number. Then the Manager left and went to stand outside, once again not even acknowledging me. I was horrified that this lady was a Manager. How can she discipline her staff for customer service when she hasn't got a clue. What kind of example does she set? Her appearance and the gum chewing was enough to put anyone off, not the behaviour I expected from Management!!!!!
