Serving food that's not done right

I went to spur on the 12 November 2017 at around 13:00 the waiter was unfriendly n not well trained my husband and I ordered 2 steaks medium to well but it came raw the waitress insisted it was done it tasted funny so we showed the mangers then we paid and left about a hour later our stomach started working uncotronably it carried on till Monday night making me extremely weak. I consulted a doctor on tueaday morning because I started throwing up and had severe body pain since Sunday evening. The doctor gave me medication. I still didn't recover. It just got worse so I went back on Wednesday. The doctor put me on a drip to see if I get any better but nothing worked. I got admitted in life Eugene marais hospital in Pretoria in Wednesday night. Results showed I had gestric eneritus which was caused by the food i had consumed from spur in fordsburg. I am still very very ill with severe body pain, I'm weak and I have severe stomach pain. This is totally unacceptable. It costed us a fortune just because of spurs lack of service and low product quality
