Service Quality

<p>My Wife and I went to the Uitenhage Spur for breakfast on Sunday Morning. We go to the spur at least twice weekly, futhermore I eat bacon and my wife does not eat bacon as she is Jewish, now for this reason we specifically swop out the bacon for mushrooms as they are the same price (R14.95)on the menue. Up until now we have never had a problem with this, as usually the spurs just accomodate the customers as per their "ten point non negotiables". I am irritated and frustrated at having to explain myself to staff and management that my wife does not eat bacon for religeous reasons and always reiterate to them, why we should be penalised into having to purchase additional mushrooms whereas the mushrooms and bacon are the same price.</p>
