Service not good

arrived at the Spur after not getting service at Mugg & Bean. We were showed to a table and after 15 min of no one coming to our table. We diced to leave. We went to the Wimpy and received great service. After all the years of coming to Cape Town for work. This was the first time of receiving such bad service. No I do not feel the need to call a waiter to help. They placed me there they should come and take my order.
