Service is ridiculous

We have been sitting here since 6:30 and we haven'treceivednour food as to yet the service is horrible and ridiculous! Spur is going backwards. I have called the managers both already and they came and helped us but that was it! Spur will never ever see us again and I will spread the rumor to others as well
