We visited Spur ,Mountain Mill Mall Worcester. What an unpleasant experience. Staff members standing around just looking at us, no welcoming nor did any of the staff direct us to a table. We just had to find our own way to a table.

Food standard was okayish however buffalo wings were very dry.
