Service Excellent in the face of a mistake

Today I ordered a takeaway meal from the Coyote Creek Spur at Castle Gate, Pretoria - when I got home despite checking the order at the restaurant, I found part of the order missing. I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake and not only did they make up the missing part of the order, they had it delivered to my home along with three free tubs of ice cream - now that's what I call a brilliant recovery...
