Service Disappointment

On Sunday, 18/03/2018, we decided to go to Spur for my son's 2nd birthday because he loves the Spur play area. We chose Little Creek. Everyone ordered and I ordered the cheesy prawn 200g steak (medium). My food was served and the steak was so dry, I couldn't even swallow the 1 piece I had cut. I informed the waiter and he took the plate back. After 20 minutes and everyone was already done with their meals (we were 16 guests), my meal eventually came but this time with butternut and spinach. The manager brought the meal. I then told him that I ordered chips & onion rings and when I sliced a piece of my "medium" steak, once again it was well done! They asked if they could bring me an extra plate with chips and onion rings and I declined because I was so hungry. I could not finish my meal because it was not what I ordered and disappointment. I've been going to this Spur for many years but it somehow needs to be given a new training course on prepping meals and customer service.
