Service depends on race at this branch plus extra costs

On Tuesday morning around 11, I went to spur at the airport shortly after my flight landed. I was served by a guy, don't know his name because he didn't introduce himself and didn't have a name tag on. So I ordered 8 wings which I expected to come with fries as per usual which cost R86.90, and something to drink while I waied. When I received my food I asked him to bring me a second drink while I also witnessed him deliver outstanding service to 2 white couples near me. He delivered drinks long after I ordered and he called me "chomi" to try compensate me for the appealing service he gave ME. I watched him go up and down delivering everything for these two couples even though they came after me. He clearly prioritized them for whatever reason. I eventually asked him if he hasn't forgotten about mh order and he admitted he forgot. But when he brought the drink he said he thought he had given it to me already. I think at this point he realised what he was doing and I'd already decided he's not getting a tip for trash service. Anyway my two drinks were R36.90 each but my bill amounted to R186 and some cents lol. So I got charged for small chips when I had a look at my invoice. On top of all that mediocre service, he had the nerve to ask me how much he must swipe off his card. Since when does spur charge customers for fries?? Why is this not on the menu??
