Service complaint.

So today my friend and I were at Spur canal walk and they have just served our food. We then looked over to the next table where they'd just finished their food and a woman suddenly changed her baby's nappy at the table, whilst carrying on her conversation with her family/friends. There were people eating at other tables around us, and the tables weren't particularly far apart. My friend and I were both shocked, as we thought this was just disgusting. We then complained to the manager and he just said "sorry I will speak to her" he never went to her directly. Mind you, the manager was black, however he then went to the black female who sat at their table and told her our complaint, he never went to the woman we were complaining about. I found that very strange (she was white). This was totally unhygienic and unpleasant and inconsiderate to be changing a nappy on a restaurant table, even if it is outside???? Maybe I just don't understand, but I am a parent. I don't dislike kids, and I do appreciate that not every public place has baby changing rooms, but I know for sure Spur definitely has!! Very disappointed
