Service / Bad Experience

On 13/04/2015 Myself and my family went out to Spur in N1 City for a delightful meal, or so it seemed. Upon arriving everything seemed good as the Ranch was busy quieting down after Monday Madness with the burger special. I have worked most of my life in Food and Beverages so I know how it goes, but never have I ever started cleaning around people that were still eating / sitting in the restaurant. There was sections being broken down and cleaned, the hallway that passed us was moped as a cleaner was shoving her bucket down the aisle past where we were eating. The tables on either side of our table was moved out along with the couches to inspect if the cleaning was done appropriately and if the waiter for the section can go home. This all happened at about 22:15. I understand that it might seem late for some and that the workers are tired, but i felt very uncomfortable, unwelcome and in a hurry to eat and get out. Quite frankly i feel very demoted to support the Spur franchise in any way or form moving forward. I would not recommend Spur to anyone due to the bad experience. I await on your reply.
