Service at Eagle Peak Spur

My family and I went for breakfast at Eagle Peak Spur, Amajuba Mall, Newcastle, on 28/08/2022 and I wasn't very happy with the meal. Firstly, my husband's meal had two hairs in it. The manager offered to exchange the meal, but second time around the eggs had pieces of eggshells in it. Also, the same with my daughter's meal - she also found pieces of eggshells in her meal. Then, upon using the ladies bathroom, it wasn't very clean. There was an "out of order" sign on one cubicle, but the door was wide open. The other cublcle's door wouldn't even lock and it waa untidy upon entering, with a dirty toilet and tissues on the floor. It was me and my family's first time going to that Spur for breakfast, but sadly we won't return for any meal any time aoon.
