Service And Food Poisoning

<p>Went to purchase takeaways at Spur Ruimsig 6pm on Friday the 25/11/2016, no staff at entrance or counter to welcome or assist. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there, no apology from arrogant manager either after complaining, could have had a field day if I was a ******, and you would have thought they would have improved security too after recent armed *******. To add to the service experience my family got food poisoning and vomited throughout the night as a result of the disgusting food, shocked to say the least and i intend taking matter further if I do not get a favorable response!!!!</p>
