service and attitude

We got to spur as usual booked a table for 5 ordered 3 specials which included the starters and main course another special that included starteta, main course and dessert with da kiddis meal and da drinks.we got the drinks and waited about 30 mind just to get da starters which was too long and people who came behind us git their food so quick while waiting again for da main course we asked why is it taking g so long and the answer we got from the mangers was it is what we ordered that is taking so long we told them that is almost 2 hours is being there still havent got our meals and da startwe'd we waited over 30 mind and when we asked that we get charged on what we have eaten we cannot wait any further we were told that what we ordered made da delay no apology nothing that is all we got from the managers there and I feel they could have done better especially as managerd
