<p>San Marino Spur Herm****. Tried to have an early supper at the Spur. We ordered two burgers a rib burger and a dbl sauce burger. We ordered at 17:10 and received our food at 17:45. As we didn't mind the wait as the dbl burgers were meduim.</p> <p> </p> <p>Before we received the burger they were standing on the pass for almost ten minutes. Eventually when the burgers arrived my sauce was wrong only cheese and I enquired why I haven't received my chilli and cheese sauce I was told that according to the manager Jennifer it is not allowed. I had the burger before at the same establishment with my chilli cheese sauce. My problem is why wasn't I informed about this when I ordered. So we left with out eating as I am really fed up with bad customer service from Spurs..there is no sense of customer service.. FYI wouldn't have minded to pay extra for a burger sauce or even a steak sauce if I was informed. </p> <p>These guy's must go and train at Bredasdorp Spur. </p>
