Serves the wrong food and then denies it

My husband and I went to Spur Lydenburg to have lunch. I ordered wings as a starter. I told the waiter not spicy. When my food came it was spicy. I told her it is spicy so she send it back to the kitchen. Later she came back and said the kitchen found nothing wrong. I then let her taste. She then noticed it is spicy. Later the kitchen manager came and again denied that it is spicy. I then stood up and left. My husband went to pay. When he wanted to pay the pthrr manager said she would give me a new plate of wings that is not spicy but why did the kitchen manager not believe me who is a regular customer and that always orders the same thing. They were only interested to make things right when i already left? Absolutely poor service. I will rather support local if this is Spur Lydenburg attitude.
