Served with rotten ribs

My family went to spur to celebrate my sister's pass,they all ordered ribs as it's the traditional spur food.food came my sister's ribs we burnt so she returned the the next plate of ribs came as she ate them she picked up a stinge then we returned them,unfortunately the kids ate theirs.the manager acknowledged the ribs were rotten&sincerely apologized &took them.everyone in the house woke up with a bad case of running painful stomach,the owner feels their ribs were fresh though he was not in store.Is this the standard that spur dishes out?is he rude because we black?I would like to advise people in Mafikeng to be very careful when they are consuming food from spur.
