SAFETY OF KIDS

There is one thing my two year old daughter loves and that's Spur play area!!! We now decided to go regular due to that.<br> <br> Yesterday we decided to go N1 City due to the lovely big play area and the child attendants are always good with our daughter. It really became a disappointment well a worry when my daughter kept running out and getting lost to occasions she ran out of Spur. My husband then decided to watch her while she played. <br> <br> I suggested to the Junior Manager that a safety gate would be necessary, something easy for a 5 year old to open but a two year would need assistance thus enabling the child attendant watch who leaves and if they are supervised. Another child also ran out and was then saved by a costumer.<br> <br> There again my daughter ran out again (i know she is very fast and active), making us to cancel our order and leave. On our way out i then spoke to the Senior Manager at the front eh was completely rude and supportive!!! He taught the idea of putting a gate would cause extra work and kids would tend to climb the gate, which i think isn't good of a reason not to have one. His attitude was so obnoxious that made me feel unsafe and irrelevant. Safety is more important.
