Ruined BIRTHDAY PARTY

SPUR- Claremont, on the 25 aug I celebrated my son 5th birthday at SPUR, I booked tables for 15 kids and 40 adults. Sadly to say I didn't enjoy the birthday at all. 1 The waitor was just never around. it got to the point where I went to call him take the friends and family order turn to my right and his gone, this happened thrice I got so upset with him.

2. no crayons for 15 kids / no birthday mask on the table.

3. major delay with food coming to the table, my friends and family complained and was very unhappy with the service.

4 I asked for the ice -cream it took 30 minutes to come, where at that point some kids has left already.

5. they actually forgot about the party packets only gave it lik 2 hours later with the birthday mask.

6. I never ate because I was always looking for the waiter coz family and friends was complaining they never got there order.

7. the service in general was beyond poor and in the end I couldn't even enjoy my own child birthday.

8., one of my friends ordered a burger and never received I paid for it and afterwards found out she never got it.

9. for the amount of people coming at the same time there was 1 waitor allocated and clearly he wasn't coping, which is understandable.

10 overall experience I WILL NEVER recommend spur Claremont.
