Ruined Birthday - Breakfast

On Friday afternoon I received an SMS which awarded me a birthday meal for my daughter. As she turned 3 on Saturday I decided to make it a breakfast breakfast and take out my wife, daughter and my in-laws.<br> What a disaster! <br> <br> Ok, I understand that when a place is busy you can fall through cracks, but this is not the first time! <br> <br> We were semi-greeted at the door and told to wait for a table. There were clearly tables inside available. So we waited, and waited and WAITED. After a while customers that were waiting BEHIND me started to jump the queue and help themselves to tables before us.<br> <br> I spoke to a manager and half an hour later were helped by a waiter. Yes, we moved tables but I had to place the table divider myself.<br> <br> Before I took a bite, I asked for the tomato sauce for my wife five times. 15 minutes later it arrived, too late.<br> <br> When I took a bite of my fries, it was FROZEN COLD! <br> <br> When I asked for the bill, a waiter slapped down a slip, without a booklet or after-dinners on the table. SORRY for the inconvenience.<br> <br> I am so sad that her birthday breakfast turned out to be such a catastrophe. If this is the service we will get at Spur, please keep your complimentaries
