Ruined baby's birthday Party!

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my complaint about the pathetic service received at Spur Northgate Mall for my daughter's birthday party. After 2 weeks of organising and preparing with them from the cake, platters, food for kids and table setup to get to nothing on the actual date.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fist time I went there was the 19th Sept, I met with the lady called Thoko who took me through everything including pricing and advised that she will be on leave the 1st of October. But advised that everything will be handed over to Danelle. She followed up with me through out the week and to send pictures for the cake ect and advised that I come see Danelle to confirm booking.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went there on the 24th of Sept 2016 and met Danelle to confirm booking and everything - and her answer was "we very busy today, I will call you next week Wednesday but do not worry I got everything"</p> <p> </p> <p>Wednesday morning she calls me asking that I email her pictures for the cake, as the ones sent via my cellphone are small. I did that and she emailed back that all received. Thursday the 29th of Sept I decided to pass there in the morning around 10am to confirm if everything was in order and make payment. Danelle advised that they do not take payment only on the actual day including cake payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>1st of October - the party was supposed to start at 2pm when I got there at 1:45pm...no table was setup. Danelle was no where to be found...only to be told that she resigned friday morning and they do not know anything about the birthday. How pathetic!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>No worries if she resigned can the table be setup then as our guests are on the way...</p> <p>3pm; - table set up as if nothing is happening...</p> <p>- No platters prepared</p> <p>- No kiddy meals prepared as promised</p> <p>- Worst of all NO CAKE WAS BAKED!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The "so called Manager" had a nerve to bribe me to accept some other kids cake for free as part of their APOLOGY.</p> <p>2 wasted weeks with SPUR, only to run after them on the actual date to beg to be served at our table, to beg for a waiter/watress to attend to our tables. 3:15pm We only served juice and cooldrinks for kids (no juice for kids???) - HOW PATHETIC is that and they expect me to be happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>They over promise customers</p> <p>Over book customers - greediness</p> <p>And they waste customers time</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
