Rude service Spur Ferndale

I went to Spur on Ferndale Randburg on Numerous occasions and the customer service from the the staff was horrible (not from the manager though) on one occasion I had went there for my birthday and the staff member being told numerous times did not make it special he had a no care and his attitude was one of which he could not be bothered well except for his tip .On another occasion the waitress didnt advise of specials and yet the order contained the same items in the specials.she then mixed up the order and then got angry and gave us a horrible attitude instead of just apologizing and just getting the order correct as mistakes happen but there was no need for her rude behavior. The manager helped get our order correct but the thought of going to Spur Ferndale puts me off.
