rude manager I've hd seen before

I had bad experience at spur centurion I've never treated like this before but Lisa was rude to me in front of my niece she called me **** because ask her toothpicks ,she told me it not her job to fetch to toothpick because she a manager ,her job it to send people and she left buy calling me names<br> When I ask her to repeat what she said before in front of her a managers ,she refuse to come back ,as am writing this email want know ist your way to treat customers or u dont train ur managers how to talk with people and customer servise
