Rude manager at the Wonderpark spur steak ranch.

On 19 August 2015 I went to Spur in Wonderpark to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I explained to waitress that it's my daughter's birthday and the usual birthday proceedings should follow. After our meal I presented all the cards to get a free birthday meal for my daughter. The waiter first said that spur does not offer free birthday vouchers. And that we had to pay for the meal. It did not make any sense as the birthday voucher clearly states that there is one loaded hence the invitation<br> I asked to speak to the manager, only to be met by a rude young lady named Queen who was the first manager we encountered. She was extremely rude to both me and my husband. Another manager had to intervene as this was getting out of hand. <br> I've never had an issue which escalated to this point. She is a highly *********** manager who has zero interpersonal and problem solving skills.
