rude manager

my husband and I went to running waters spur in festival mall, Kempton park last night. All went well until we had to pay. The slip suggested we scan our bill using Zapper so that we would be eligible for a R25.00 discount off our bill. Well the waiter seemed clueless about the process and after many attempts of trying to assist us in scanning the bill he asked Primrose the manager to assist. she literally gave us a side eye look and carried on with her business. all this time the waiter was struggling she was standing at the counter pretending she saw nothing. I actually said can she please assist after seeing her ignore the waiter and she looked at me with a rude arrogant face and carried on opening money bags and talking to another lady who also works at Spur. Eventually a male manager came to the front seeing that there is something delaying us with the bill and he explained the whole Zapper process and eventually we paid. He was also frustrated with this Primrose as she was giving an attitude in printing bills of which we also waited for our bill like 15mins. I just want to express my utter disgust the Spur can employ people of such a calibre. she humiliated us big time. angry
