Rotten steak vs pathetic customer service

Spur southway mall is a place I wouldn't ever eat at again. I ordered a cheddarmelt steak, which took almost an hour to arrive and to my surprise the steak was ROTTEN. It smelt awful. At first I thought it was the smell of a dampy cloth but when I brought the steak up to my nose I couldn't believe that I just ate something that smelt that bad. When the manager was called, he was very calm and just took my details. Offered to make me another steak which he says was cut today. Disappointed as to the way this was handled by the manager as if "oh just another unhappy customer, so be it". It's been years coming to this spur and this is the first time I've had to complain, also all staff and management knew me I see now new staff and management seems no one cares.
