Rotten steak at spur

A terrible mothers day experience at spur steak ranches fordsburg. My mum ordered a fillet ***** and it came with a pungent smell, like the toilet almost. We called the manager and he was not apologetic at all, instead offered us to take something else on the menu. We then phoned the owner Nawaab who said that it's due to the fact that the steak was matured. How could this be? The food was terribly rotten! We left paying for only 2 meals and my mum feeling absolutely sick ****erally) and disgusted. Highly disappointed. Surely the food should get checked before being served??
