Rotten meat served knowingly

On 20 December 2015 we went for supper at the Spur in Beaufort West Red Canyon Spur. The order, fillet, rump, calamari, crumbed mushrooms, 2 kiddies meals and full buffalo wings. The service were very slow. The manager a big white guy came to us to tell us he cant serve fillet because it was not good quality there was something wrong with it, could he change to rump, we said yes. When the food was served the worst smell ever was hanging over our table. The meat they served us were beyond rotten the whole place stank. All the customers smelt their food. We called the big guy, he just took the plates of rotten food. How on earth they did not smell that the meat was rotten while cooking it is a huge risk. Most disgusting Spur ever. We obviously got up and a black manager, very nice guy, tried to apologise. How do you serve rotten meat to customers. Our worst experience i any restaurant ever. It was round 6 oclock
