rotten meat

I had lunch at spur in newlands on Saturday afternoon, ordered big chief combo but was persuaded by the waitress to have the steak with it, on arrival of my meal I cut open the lamb chop and found that it was raw I requested that they redo it again it came back but to in my midst it was smelling like rotten egg only to find out that after I had eaten a piece of the chop that it was indeed the chop that was stinking like something had died, I was told not to pay for that plate but if I did order anything else that I have to pay for it, before getting the bill I was offered an ice cream or a coffee, how insulting, today I have to be at a doctor's office because of the effects this meat has caused, I have put a complaint on Spur's website but to no avail
