31 Dec 2015, 09:59Hello mogamidineo,
We are disappointed to hear of your experience at Arrow Creek Spur. Please allow us to investigate what happened as we have strict meat & hygiene control in each Spur.
Rotten meat is definitely not acceptable and all Spurs need to follow the FIFO rule (First in, First out) to prevent substandard products being served.
Once internally addressed, we will be in touch to offer feedback. Thank you for sharing your experience and giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
Kind regards
