Rotten Food At Mexico Spur at Century City

I was eating out with my significant other at Mexico Spur in Century City last night. While enjoying the Big Bear and T_bone steak we realized the chicken had a foul smell it was rotten upon us realizing we then consulted the waitress who was willing to listen and assist, she had then called upon the manager by the name of Roxy McKenzie. He (Roxy McKenzie) who is supposedly the manager arrived at our table with way too much attitude and had told us that we could not afford the bill that is why he had come up with the complaint. He even denied the fact that the chicken had a foul smell and accused us of lying and left us at our table stranded and confused (the nerve of the guy). I was extremely disappointed with the way the manager handled the complaint and would definitely not recommended that restaurant to anyone.
