Rotten food and souces at spur

I took my family out for supper at Spur Figtree in Walmer in Port elizabeth. I had such a bad experience there tonight and it was my wifes Bday. First my youngest son's food arive withe smileys still half frozen, secondly you wait bout 30 minutes for a waiter to take your order. 3rd when the food finally arive 30min later, when i recieved my food i added BBQ souce on the onion rings and the spuces was rotten meaning off and i send it back, then my mother in law got her steak where she wanted it to be medium rare she got it blue and i cut the steak in half and it was rotten. It was hot and they refused to put on the aitcons couse it took too much money. I have never felt so ashamed and discussed at a restaurant like this one l. So i paid for the drinks and the staters R697.00, and i left. I do not refer this spur to anyone
