Rodeo spur PATHETIC service!

What pathetic service received at Rodeo Spur steak ranch Claremont. Got to the spur at 17:30 food was only served at 20:00. Starter was warmed in the microwave, the garlic roll was rock hard. When ordering dessert they notified us at 21:28 that the dessert was out of stock.
