****ROACH INFESTATION AT SPUR

So on Saturday we decided to go out to Spur at Gateway Shopping Centre. We were 6 people that went. Got there and was escorted a very small table that could barely accommodate us. After sitting for a while with no service, we got up and looked around to get some assistance. We asked to be moved to a bigger table. To our surprise we were not acknowledged. The waiter completely forgot about our request and seated other guest at the bigger table. We then asked again to be seated at a bigger table and then they realized that they forgot about us. Finally we get seated at a bigger table and guess what, there was a ****roach running on the table. We immediately called the waiter. He picked up the menu where the ****roach was hiding and disposed of it. We then called for the manager. When the manager came to our table, he saw another ****roach running around. His excuse to us was that they just renovated the restaurant. I told him that this should not be his excuse as to why there are creatures running around this place. I even have video footage of this horrific incident and how the ****roaches are running around. To make matters worst, one of the waiters took this incident as a joke.Then we can see more waiters surrounding us as if this was some sort of show. How disgiusting is thisplace. We eventually walked out without eating there. The manager had a don't car attitude. Gladly allowed us to leave. We then drove to Spur at Cornubia and ended having supper there. I will be posting this video on social media to show how disgusting this restaurant is. No hygiene and lack of customer service. We will never ever go back there.
