Ridiculous Service by Spur CLEANER

Hello Peter, Tonight was suppose to be a special night, it's my daughters birthday and we went to celebrate it at Spur In Springs Mall with my family and friend, we were having fun until we received a ridiculous service from a cleaner named Anna. She first called us irresponsible parents because my daughter went out of the play room and i noticed that as a parent and went to look for her,we ignored this and went on as if we were not disrespected as paying customers. My daughter 2 years of age spilt her milkshake on the table and some of was on the floor I politely asked for something to clean it and I did after noticing the cleaners stinking attitude earlier on. As if that was not enough, as we were planning to leave my friend accidentally broke a plate and the cleaner was called to come and clean the mess. She eventually came after a while and wooooo I have never been so disrespected In my life!!!!she said to the waitress "keba hape ba thubileng" in Sotho meaning Ohhh it's these ones again, even pointing at us in a very demeaning and disrespectful way. I asked her what does she mean by that and she rudely told me as a customer that she isn't talking to me,that is when I lost it as a customer because I was there to celebrate my daughters birthday in peace and I ignored the first incident out of respect because she is old but the way she treated us was so nonsensical and unacceptable at all. How does Spur train their cleaners? Do they teach communication s****s? Customer service? Their scope of practice? Is this how they were taught to speak to customers? Where are we suppose to celebrate with our families if we are going to be treated in this manner? Why would someone be so angry and bitter about doing what they are suppose to do? Was this Anna woman not told by Spur that they were hiring her to be a cleaner during her interview because she behaved like someone who was just picked from the streets and forced to clean at Spur!!!Her attitude is sickening for an old lady!!!!
