Ribs not up to standard. Very bad

I was at Falcon Rock Spur in Polokwane Savannah Mall on the 20th May 2023 bought a Ribs, Fries and Onion rings and a combo, so when i got home and ready to eat the ribs were over cooked and crumbled when i touched them. I am a very big ***** of ribs but what i experienced at Spur made me wanna quit eating ribs again. I am so disappointed and really wish i could get my money back. Yours unhappy customer.
