Rewards Points not loaded

I was at your Coyote Spur on the 15.06.2025 and your system was offline when it was time to swipe the rewards card. The waitress took down our card number and assured me she will load the points once system was back up. On the 4th of July I was at Zevenwatch mall and went to Coyote again after I realized my points were never update. I spoke to the manager on duty who managed to find my transaction on the system, again he took my details including my Spur rewards card and assured me he will call and have my points loaded. To date my points still have not been updated!!!
