Reward Card System NEVER Working

<p>We went to Arkansas Spur (West End) last night for dinner - my husband got a voucher for his birthday to use with his Family Card. When the bill arrive, lo and behold that YET AGAIN we could not use any vouchers, because the "system was offline", as always. That is the third time in probably as many months that there has been something or the other wrong with the reward system - from loading points to spending points, which is a nuisance and a hassle. What is the point of having a system like that if it never works? The waitress was also not helpful or anything - she was blunt in informing us that "the system isn't working". This Spur overall is a disappointment.</p>
