Resolving a misunderstanding
There was a misunderstanding with one of the staff members, who accidentally misplaced my phone number and someone who is known to the employee misused it, consequently an apology was made to me and my family from the employee. Ms Novusa made our experience a wonderful one and we will continually visit this Spur as the playgrounds are amazing.
