Reno Spur not consistent with adverti*****t

We were at your branch on the 16th of December 2019.

We ordered the Top-Up Breakfast.

The coffee we received wasn't as per the menu and in very small cups. When we asked the waiter we were informed that the cup was only for illustrative purposes and that you won't find those mugs anywhere. However, two days ago we received our coffee in those mugs on the menu at another branch in Tableview.

Still waiting on a call from management.
