Recovered from a Rocky Start!

I recently hosted my son's 3rd birthday party at Rodeo Spur Claremont, and while the day began chaotically, the team's exceptional service ultimately saved the day.

Upon arrival, I discovered that our booked section was still occupied by other customers, indicating a miscommunication. Manager Quanita promptly acknowledged the issue, apologized, and assured me it would be rectified.

Although the initial setup wasn't ideal, Quanita and her team - Thaabiet, Ashley, and Amrah - truly made up for the mishap. Their friendly, attentive, and efficient service exceeded expectations, ensuring our party proceeded smoothly.
