Received the worst service ever from a restaurant

I took the kids to Spur at The Crossing to celebrate my birthday, instead I received very bad service that spoiled my day. When we came in a waitress took us to the table and said she was coming back n after 10 minutes when she didn't come back, I called another waitress. She said she is about to knock off so she is going to call the 1st one. She also disappeared and I decided to go and look for a manager. The manager came and I complained to her. She then took the drinks order and a trainee waiter also came saying he will serve us. None of them introduced themselves to us. The waiter then brought the drinks and only brought the table mats after the drinks. Then he left without taking food orders. After a while he brought the baby's burger and as he was walking away I called him back to take our orders. After bringing the food he never came to check if didn't need anything, he came when I was done eating only. I only stayed because of my daughter, she likes spur and wanted to play. Even the steak we asked a well done, but it was half done. A day of celebration totally ruined 4me. I am even writing this complaint while sitting @ Spur because I just can't get over this pain.
