Really really bad service

Went out for supper with friends at the stoney river spur in postmasburg with friends. Ordered steak when i got it it was cold sent it back and got it back cold again. My wife steak was also cold. Tables is not getting cleaned and plates and glasses are not taken of the table. This is the worst service i have ever received at any spur i have ever eaten at.
