raw food served to my child

This past Sunday my wife and I decided to enjoy spur for Lunch with our 2 kids. We ordered two steaks on a sizzling skillet, mushroom sauce seperate. We waited 30 min and saw our steaks come yet sauce was drenched over against our instructions. We waited another 20min and it finally came. Skillet not sizzling and blood running from my steak. Had to send it back. Waited another 15min and got a fresh meal but by then the experience we searched for had dissapeared. It was my 5year old girls bday aswell. She had a voucher and opted for the burger. She took 2 bites and there in the clear you could see how raw it was inside. We sent it back and they gave a new one. It doesnt make sense to spend R300 and get this experience. We do Spur as a family 3 times a month as it is child friendly and we always go to Tokai but never again will i go to canal walk and pay for an experience that can be avoided.
