Raw Burgers served

Good Day<br> <br> I visited your branch yesterday with my Fiance and Mother in laws family.<br> We were served in a very courteous manner and our orders were taken in a timely fashion,upon receiving our orders we all tucked in as we were famished from the day.<br> After eating from my burger i noticed it was what I thought was a little raw, I decided to not ruin the evening our our experienced and had another bite, at that stage i noticed the meat(patty) falling apart as i ate it.<br> I went outside to get some air and my Mother in Law spoke to the waiter who promptly decided to bring us a new 1. <br> Unfortunately id last my apatite by then and at this stage am still feeling ill from this experience.<br> <br> So what im asking is to please check what you give your customers, ive never had a issue with Spur before and I would like to keep it as one of my favorite restaurants, but this experience has not only left me out of appetite for Spur, but ill as-well.<br> Anyway everything else was spot on.<br> <br> Hope my comments help for the future.<br> Kind Regards<br> Kyle Graham Grainger
