Raw Buffalo Wings

Went with husband and children to have a quick snack at Utah Spur Kids food was good. We ordered Buffalo wings and mushrooms share plate. Bit into chicken and it was raw. Spoke to the waiter and the waiter advised that they will recook the chicken left on our plate. a few minutes later the manager came through and advised that we will be receiving a new batch of buffalo wings. We waited more than 20 minutes and thought if we were to request the bill, they will bring through the wings. NOPE - the bill came and we waited a further 10 minutes. Eventually gave up and proceeded to pay the bill. I walked past the manager and just made mention that we did not receive the wings as advised and the bill was paid.

I have never had such bad experience with this Spur. The chicken looked as if it was just basted and put on our plate with a tinge of heat from waiting under their warmers.

Dont know when i will be returning there again.
