Raising concerns
My family and I were looking for a place to enjoy a nice meal where the kids could play too. After seeing those horrible videos of the different Spurs we decided to give another a try. The play room is upstairs, with no gate or door for closure of the playroom, the woman that was meant to be supervising had her one arm in a sling and the other painting faces, there were children aging up to 15 playing when there is a tape measurer on the wall clearly stating that your child must be shorter than 1,2m for obvious reasons as I feared my child playing there without my supervision. Not to mention two lice birds flying over you and your meal as you are eating! When I mentioned this to the staff they said the birds had been there for a few weeks this can not be sanitary and should be a health risk really. When I asked the manager she said she cannot answer my questions but she would try and find out but I hadn't seen her again. When I asked the waitress why is the place so unorganized and everyone does what they want, she stated that she didn't know as there are four managers on duty, but where were they and why are they not doing anything? My question was answered as I left one of the managers was heading back after what looks like a nice long walk around the boardwalk. I am really disgusted and will not be visiting this Spur again unless they step up there game really!
