raging woman at spur castle gate

On the 3rd of January my Husband and I went for breakfast at Spur (Castle Gate Pretoria) with our two kids. There was an incident took place where a woman shouted and pulled our 5 year old daughters arm in the play area which we didn't see, our 8 year old son then came and told us that a lady was screaming at our daughter and she was to afraid to get up and out of the play area to come tell us, I went to go get her where she was completely distraught and couldn't talk. There was a different customer that came and pointed out the woman that did this to our daughter and said that it was completely unacceptable behavior. We then asked that we can please see the camera footage and clear it up to see what indeed happened. as we tried speaking to the woman where she just screamed and shouted at us (the woman that did all of this left and didn't stay to see the footage) the manager on duty assisted us in showing us the footage. The manager assured us that the matter will be dealt with and we would get an email confirmation that the situation has been dealt with. We still have not received any communication that this to be sorted out, We don't feel safe going to the spur in Castle gate not knowing if our kids will be safe from a raging woman who thinks she has the right to scream and shout at someones kids and pull them on the arm. We would like a response knowing that this was sorted out.
