I received a very bad service from the manager at watashi spur Bethlehem in free state at the 12th November 20:00 2015, ****** in this time and era is the most painful experience one can ever go through and its so traumatic and it fuels anger to the opposite race, I ordered an eisbein and the waiter said to me its sold out and o insisted that he must go and confirm then he did so, then I settled for an alternative meal then shortly after that a white customer orders the same eisbein that was allegedly sold out then he received it in a short while then I confronted the management then he told me that he sent someone to go get it elsewhere but I asked him that why didn't he do the same with me then he stammered, the thing I it is not for the first time i went through this in the sane store then now I feel that something has to be done urgently as the reputation of spur as a franchise is being dragged into mud with this ****** tendencies, hope for a firm intervention from the head office
